Csmart CRM – customer relationship management for small and medium businesses

Csmart CRM is a web and mobile CRM application (app.csmart.pl, Android and iOS apps) developed by Csmart Sp. z o.o., Poland. It helps sales and service teams manage clients, sales opportunities, tasks, offers, documents and all communication with clients in one place.

What the app does

• Clients and contacts – a database of companies and people with full history of meetings, calls, emails, notes and documents.
• Sales pipeline – sales opportunities on a Kanban board, forecasts, offers, orders, contracts and invoices.
• Tasks and calendar – meetings, calls and to-dos for the whole team, with reminders and a shared calendar.
• Built-in email client – the user’s own mailbox inside the CRM: read, search, reply, send, organize folders, and link every email to a client or deal so the whole team sees the correspondence.
• Electronic signature (Csmart Sign), mobile app, reports and AI assistant that helps summarize emails and prepare replies.

How Csmart CRM uses Google accounts

Connecting a Google account is optional and is started by the user in Settings → Integrations → Google. After the user signs in with Google and accepts the consent screen, Csmart CRM:

• Gmail (scope https://mail.google.com/): shows the user’s mailbox in the CRM email client – reading, searching, sending, replying, forwarding, moving to folders/labels, marking and deleting messages – and links messages to clients and deals in the CRM;
• Google Calendar (scopes calendar, calendar.events): synchronizes meetings and tasks both ways between the CRM and the calendars the user selects;
• Basic profile (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile): identifies which Google account is connected.

Google user data is used only to provide these features to the user, is never sold or used for advertising, and is not used to train AI/ML models.
